What are the hours and
ages for curfew in Spring Grove
Are the hours different during summer?
The curfew hours for the summer are the same as for the
rest of the year.
Basically,
it is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to
be out in public unless accompanied and supervised by a
parent, legal guardian or other responsible companion at
least 18 years of age approved by a parent or legal
guardian:
- Between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00
a.m. Saturday
- Between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00
a.m. Sunday
- Between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00
a.m. Sunday through Thursday
In addition, parents and teens
alike should keep in mind that a minor's driver's
license is invalid during curfew. In other words, if you
are violating curfew, you do not have a driver's license.
